Every charge we run

Pick your charge — each guide answers the
questions you have right now

Will I lose my licence? Will I go to jail? What will it cost? Every guide below answers all three for its charge — honestly, in plain English. All fees are on our prices page, published in full.

Drink driving

Low, mid or high range — every drink driving charge carries a mandatory licence disqualification. Whether you can keep driving, and exactly what we'll do.

High range drink driving

0.15 and over: minimum 6-month disqualification and no work licence — preparation decides how far past the minimum yours goes.

Drug driving

Relevant drug present vs driving under the influence — two different charges with very different stakes, and work licence options for many.

Work licence

Keep driving for work after a drink or drug driving charge — but it must be applied for before you're sentenced . Don't lose it by waiting.

Special hardship order

Lost your licence on a good behaviour breach or high speed suspension? A special hardship order can keep you driving.

Careless driving

From due-care tickets to the most serious causing-death-or-GBH charges — honest advice on where your charge sits and what it means.

Dangerous driving

A criminal offence where prison is a real risk — serious charges deserve serious preparation, from day one.

Unlicenced driving

Some types carry no disqualification, others make one mandatory — which type you're charged with matters enormously.

Evading police

A mandatory minimum penalty applies — this is a charge to get honest advice on fast, before your first court date.

Disqualified driving

Driving while disqualified brings a mandatory further disqualification and possible prison — never one to face unrepresented.

Every price, published

One fixed fee covers preparation, submissions, dealing with the prosecutor, and a lawyer beside you in court. No hourly billing ever.
