Will I go to jail for drink driving?
For a first offence, it’s very unlikely. Most matters end with a fine and a disqualification period — and good preparation makes both smaller. We’ll give you an honest range for your exact reading.
Do I really need a lawyer for a traffic charge?
You can appear alone — but the magistrate hears dozens of these a day, and preparation is what shortens disqualifications and fines. A prepared plea routinely pays for itself.
Which courts do you cover?

Can I keep driving for work?
Often, yes. A work or hardship licence — or negotiation with the prosecutor — lets many of our clients keep driving for their job. Eligibility depends on your licence, history and charge — one call tells you if you qualify.
